3. Data we process when you visit the website
3.1. Server logs
Each time you open a page, the server automatically records technical information: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the response code, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and the name of your browser and operating system.
Purpose: website security, blocking attacks, fixing errors and aggregated visitor statistics.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: server logs are kept for 30 days; aggregated visitor statistics for up to 12 months.
3.2. Automatic language selection
When you open the home page, we choose the most suitable language based on your browser’s language settings. If your browser lists neither Latvian nor Russian, your IP address is compared on our server with a public list of Latvian IP addresses (source: RIPE NCC). This comparison happens only on our server, no external services are used, and the result is not stored.

This cookie is strictly necessary for a function you have requested, so no separate consent is required. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Client reviews
We display reviews that clients have published publicly on Google: the text, rating, date and the author’s first name with the initial of their surname. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you wrote a review and do not want it shown on our website, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
6. Recipients and storage location
The website runs on servers we rent in an OVH data centre in France (European Union). The service is provided by an OVH group company under a contract with SIA „BeOK.IT”. OVH acts as a processor and accesses data only for technical maintenance. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to Google (reviews and our business profile), Facebook and the download of the AnyViewer remote assistance tool. These services receive your data only if you click the link yourself, and their own privacy policies apply.
8. Client data processed while providing IT services
When providing IT services, we may have access to data in our clients’ systems. In that case we act as a processor on the client’s instructions, and the processing is governed by our service contract, non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and data processing agreement. This policy covers the website and enquiries sent to us.
9. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The server is protected by a firewall and malware protection, and only authorised staff have access to it.
10. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive information about its processing;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased or its processing restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on a contract.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
11. Changes
We may update this policy if the way the website works or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
